About Us

Welcome to

the family.

Ada Pediatrics is a pediatric practice located in Boise, ID. We provide experienced primary care for newborns, children, and adolescents up to 18 years old. Our caring doctors are on call 24/7 to provide you peace of mind no matter when sickness strikes. We also provide same-day appointments—if you call in the morning, you can see a doctor the same day for urgent situations.

  • Can I walk in without making an appointment in advance?

As a pediatrician, it is important to have appointments scheduled in advance to ensure that the appropriate amount of time is allocated for each patient's needs. While we would love to see every patient who walks in, it is not always feasible or fair to patients who have scheduled appointments. Therefore, we strongly encourage our patients to make an appointment in advance so that we can provide the best possible care and avoid long wait times. However, if it is urgent, we will do our best to accommodate a walk-in visit.

  • How do I contact the clinic during off-hours?

If you need to contact the clinic during off-hours, you can check if there is an after-hours phone number or answering service provided by the clinic. This information can usually be found on the clinic's website, or on any paperwork or appointment reminders you may have received from the clinic.

If there is no after-hours phone number available, you can try calling the clinic's regular phone number and listening to the recorded message for instructions on how to contact the on-call physician. Alternatively, you may be directed to call a separate medical hotline for advice or to seek emergency care.

  • Which insurance providers do you work with?

We work with various insurance providers, including private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other government insurance programs.

Before your visit, checking with your insurance provider to verify your coverage and any applicable copays or deductibles is always a good idea. This can help you avoid unexpected costs and receive the care you need.

In case of a medical emergency, you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

  • Can I pay for services in installments?

If you are interested in paying for services in installments, it is important to discuss this with the pediatric clinic prior to receiving any services. You may be asked to complete a financial agreement or application, which will outline the terms of the payment plan.

It is also important to keep in mind that while a payment plan may allow you to pay for services over time, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the services provided. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider your financial situation and ability to make payments before entering into any payment arrangement.
